PowerSmoke Check Valve for 2-Cylinder Engines

The valve we developed is a cost-effective alternative to a solenoid valve. It can easily be used between the pump, silencer and the return line to the tank (vent line). The use of this valve ensures that the pump does not let smoke oil through unintentionally.  This enables the smoke to be precisely switched on and off.  Prolonged smoking or permanent smoking even when the pump is switched off is avoided by using this passive valve.

The valve also prevents the exhaust gases from being pressed into the pump by the engine and sticking to it and stopping it from starting.

The delivery rate of the pump is not reduced by using the valve.
