EDELRID: MAGIX PRO DRY, ARAMID 50DAN FARBE MAGENTA, 50 METER

Product description

MAGIX PRO DRY

Ideal line for repairs or DIY.
Diameter 0.5mm, color magenta.

The 8001 series has a water-repellent effect and therefore hardly increases in weight when wet and dries quickly. Thus the 8001 MAGIX PRO DRY offers further safety reserves even in the most extreme conditions and underlines the performance of the paragliders. In addition to water repellency, the new coating provides increased stiffness, higher abrasion resistance and thus a longer service life. New colors make it easier to sort and distinguish the lines when preparing for take-off on a wide variety of surfaces.

• Very good splicing properties
• Perfect handling due to Thermo Shield treatment
• Minimal stretch
• Excellent recovery behavior
• Good kink & bend resistance
• Aramid line without sheath made of Technora® fiber
• Lifetime is significantly improved
• Highly visible and sortable colors
• PRO DRY coating also increases UV resistance as well as dirt resistance
• PRO DRY coating reduces water absorption of the line enormously -60 % less water absorption
  compared to uncoated lines
• High stiffness leads to a reduction of knot formation in the application
• Low stickiness
